CSNW photos - part 1

Good afternoon ladies

What a lovely day again.  If only it could last.

The first set of photos from last nights CSNW July meeting is of their Show & Tell where the theme was to make a Twinchie - colour & theme of choice.  Well! a few ladies got carried away & put them on cards rather than just make the squares which was really good.  Here they are -

A cute ballet(?) dancer

A beautiful symbol & the shine on the dove just sets it off

The first card made with Twinchie toppers - 3 cut little teddies

A really fantastic card

Some Twinchie tea-bag folding

Another multi-twinchie card.  I am sorry about the slight reflection in the holographic card - it's very hard to avoid

Another multi-twinchie card.  I love the balance between the top & lower two squares.  Very nice.

So there you have Twinchies in various forms.  They are a great way of using those smaller pieces of card when cutting sheets up & then layered they can be more of a focal image for a card.  So it is easy to prepare as you find you have just about the right size, trim to a 2"x2" square & turn it into a topper, rather than placing it in a bag or box for use later.  Then when you need a card in a hurry - bingo! - it's best part made.

I am off now to load the photos from last nights project.

See you back here shortly.
