Another Christmas card

Good afternoon ladies & how are your preparations for Christmas going?

I think I am almost uptodate - or more to the point - close to where I want to be.  A couple of parcels went off safely today, & I am left with a couple of cards to post tomorrow.

It is amazing to think that it is only a week now to Christmas Day.  This mild weather is certainly fooling us isn't it!

So today I have one of my stamped design Christmas cards to show you;


I embossed white card with the holly embossing folder from Tattered Lace & layered it onto a square white card. The candle image was part of a freebie set in one of the recent magazine, which I die-cut with a fancy circle die that I have. The image was then coloured in with my pearlescent watercolour paints & a sentiment from the set stamped in black ink & then die cut with a small label die.

Tomorrow I will show you another of my stamped designs. So that is it from me for today.

CSNW Photos & last post

 Good afternoon ladies this afternoon I have the photos from the CSNW S&T for June. The theme I set was any theme of their choosing but using the colours red, white & blue.  Here are their cards. Amy Two nice classic style cards from Amy Grace Simplicity is the key here They are so elegant too. Gwen Beautiful embossed card & flowers which have been decoupaged Joan A stepper card with a beautiful circular central topper. Thank you ladies for sending them in - certainly very different styles today. So! - Last post? Over the last year or so all 3 clubs have been getting themselves sorted out in order to continue running the clubs from now on. Remember I announced in 2019 that I would be standing back at the end of 2020 & retiring.  I will of course keep in touch & visit the meetings now & again.  But it is now time for me to hang up my stamps.  Well not literally as I will still make cards - but you know what I meant. All 3 clubs now have the way forward sorted.  C

 Just to let the CSNW ladies know I have updated the page showing their Show & Tell cards for this month. Due to a problem with WhatsApp I didn't receive Ruth's card - I have now & have updated the post to include her card.
