Christmas cards

Good evening & tonight I have a couple more of my Christmas cards to show you.

The first one is in fact another version of the one I showed yesterday - part of the set for Bob


Then I also created a couple of this design;


I embossed the front of the card with the holly design folder & stamped the bauble onto separate card & heat embossed with silver EP. After cutting it out I coloured just one flower using Distress Inks & a paintbrush.  The Merry Christmas is stamped & embossed in silver & the tag cut into the flag shape. A little red bow at the top & some of the holly berries picked out completes the card.

Tomorrow morning I have a workshop at the garden centre with my 3 rubber stamping ladies.  At the moment they are trying out different craft techniques & tomorrow I am going to show them the folk art painting that Rita showed the Mold II ladies earlier in the year.

CSNW Photos & last post

 Good afternoon ladies this afternoon I have the photos from the CSNW S&T for June. The theme I set was any theme of their choosing but using the colours red, white & blue.  Here are their cards. Amy Two nice classic style cards from Amy Grace Simplicity is the key here They are so elegant too. Gwen Beautiful embossed card & flowers which have been decoupaged Joan A stepper card with a beautiful circular central topper. Thank you ladies for sending them in - certainly very different styles today. So! - Last post? Over the last year or so all 3 clubs have been getting themselves sorted out in order to continue running the clubs from now on. Remember I announced in 2019 that I would be standing back at the end of 2020 & retiring.  I will of course keep in touch & visit the meetings now & again.  But it is now time for me to hang up my stamps.  Well not literally as I will still make cards - but you know what I meant. All 3 clubs now have the way forward sorted.  C

Updated post

 Just to let the CSNW ladies know I have updated the page showing their Show & Tell cards for this month. Due to a problem with WhatsApp I didn't receive Ruth's card - I have now & have updated the post to include her card.
