Christmas cards received - part 3

Good morning everyone.

I do hope you have a lot of nice things planned for the weekend, & that you have a great time.

Here are the last ten photos of the lovely Christmas cards that Bob & I received this Christmas;




















As with the other two posts - thank you everyone for these lovely cards - we were absolutely delighted with them

As you know when I show you the cards I have received I don't comment on like I do for Show & Tell cards & Projects.  But I have one little request to make & that is in regard of the very last card shown here.  The really cute little nativity scene.  The card came in a batch of cards that was given to me & I cannot remember if it was from Mold or Mold II club.  I am pretty certain that it wasn't from CSNW club - so apologies if I am wrong.  The reason being that although it came in an envelope withe my name on the front - the person who made it did not sign it, & I would like to know who it was from.  If it is your card please either leave a comment or email me.  Thank you.

Of course I have also realised that not everyone reads the blog - so if anyone knows who made it perhaps you would let me know instead.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend.  I am looking forward to another visit from my brother who is hoping to get to me on Sunday.

    Hi Gloria, I had one like this from Rhiannon 😀 ( and one using the same stamp, but coloured differently from Maureen) I think the stripy shepherd is a definite giveaway!!

    How silly of me, I wonder how many more had unsigned cards I gave out, but I did have a bout of flu about then I better put my name on this comment Rhiannon from Mold Thursday night club. I hope that you are feeling a little better Gloria and a happy New year too you.

CSNW Photos & last post

 Good afternoon ladies this afternoon I have the photos from the CSNW S&T for June. The theme I set was any theme of their choosing but using the colours red, white & blue.  Here are their cards. Amy Two nice classic style cards from Amy Grace Simplicity is the key here They are so elegant too. Gwen Beautiful embossed card & flowers which have been decoupaged Joan A stepper card with a beautiful circular central topper. Thank you ladies for sending them in - certainly very different styles today. So! - Last post? Over the last year or so all 3 clubs have been getting themselves sorted out in order to continue running the clubs from now on. Remember I announced in 2019 that I would be standing back at the end of 2020 & retiring.  I will of course keep in touch & visit the meetings now & again.  But it is now time for me to hang up my stamps.  Well not literally as I will still make cards - but you know what I meant. All 3 clubs now have the way forward sorted.  C

 Just to let the CSNW ladies know I have updated the page showing their Show & Tell cards for this month. Due to a problem with WhatsApp I didn't receive Ruth's card - I have now & have updated the post to include her card.

Jayne Nestorenko

Good morning I was informed this morning, by Rita of Mold II club, that Jayne Nestorenko had passed away on Saturday evening after a long illness. I suspect that there may be some amongst you who do not know of her - but many who do. I followed Jayne's work for a long time & many of those lovely large wooden stamps that were around came into my collection beause of her enthusiasm & creativity. I particularly enjoyed using, & held many workshops at Daleside, to show how to use the Treasure Box stamps which were very popular; I cannot now remember who made those stamps & there were different sizes & you made different shaped boxes according to how many pieces you stamped.  Then of course you also had the matching medallion stamp to place on the top of the box. The crafting world is saddened by the loss of this lovely lady. Sleep peacefully Jayne.
