Good morning. Oh dear - it is now December!  Not much of the year left, where did it go? This morning I have a member showcase for you - or more correctly an ex-member showcase.  I recently received an email from Betty (who used to be a member of Mold II) - she keeps in touch from time to time. Attached to the email was the photo of a card she had recently made ---- here is what Betty said Hi Gloria, Thought I would send you this pic of card with stamp of unicorn,  so ‘ trendy ‘ at the moment.  The stamp came with magazine in 2017 and had never used it.  Also used brushos which I bought after one of your classes.   Betty x Here is the card; A lovely card Betty.  I do love the effects of Brusho's. Good morning Last night it was the November meeting of the CSNW club & Elvena kindly took photos of all their work for me - so I will post them here when she has sent them to me & I have downloaded them on to my laptop. Good afternoon ladies. Another showcase item today for you to see.  I have titled the post "member showcase" - but the card was actually made by Betty an ex-member of Mold II club. Betty keeps in touch with me & has since leaving us, she has also sent a couple of cards for you to see.  It's really nice to hear from her every so often. The card today is this one --- In the email that Betty enclosed the photo in, she said ........  " just sending a pic of card made with the ‘above’, stamps by Toni Darroch .  The stamp set was a members gift on Create & Craft"  . Hello ladies I hope you are all well & that you had a good weekend. Today I have another of the cards that Betty (formerly of Mold II club) sent me recently & what a beautiful card; I don't think you can beat a nice clean & simple card & this one is stunning.  I have looked closely at the photo & I am wondering if the floral strip is behind the top & bottom strips of card.  I am sure Betty will get back to me & clarify. Or it may just be a clever use of masking & that grey line above & below the image. I look forward to hearing from you Betty.  😊 More later - 'byee.

Good evening everyone This evening I have one of Betty's (Mold II) cards to show you, that she sent me last week. What a great card, Betty. I love the knight he really looks ready for action. I hope you all had a nice weekend.  We have had our grand-daughter here with us today which has been very nice indeed. Before she came round I had a busy morning making quite a few birthday cards & a special congratulations card for a colleague who had written a book last year & received an award for it.  I will show you the card when I have loaded it on my computer. Good morning everyone. Last night was the June meeting for the CSNW club who meet in Rhuddlan.  The ladies brought along finished cards from the last meeting we had which was at the beginning of April & some Show & Tell cards from May's meeting which didn't take place due to me being ill.  So, I had lots of photos to take, along with photos of their project last night. Bob & I are going to be out most of today meeting with a friend - so I won't have time to load the photos & resize them for today.  I will do that tomorrow & start showing them later in the day. Good afternoon ladies A couple of days ago I mentioned a member showcase card I wanted to show here, but that after looking through my magazines I couldn't find it again. I contacted the person who had made the card - but she didn't know it had been published & couldn't tell me what it was like as she had sent several cards to the magazines. The member I am talking about is Betty who has recently stopped coming to the Mold II club - but I am happy to say she keeps in touch & is obviously still making cards.  Betty has now sent me several photos of her recent cards all of which have been sent to the magazines - so I am gradually going to show them here, one by one. Good afternoon everyone - I hope you are busy making your plans for a great weekend. This morning I received an email from Betty, recently of Mold II club.  I say recently as she decided not to rejoin the club this year but is keeping an eye on the blog to see what we are up to & also she is still making cards.  With her email was an attachment showing me some cards she had recently made using things from her stash. Good evening ladies Today I have had a busy day with workshops.  I don't normally do 2 in one day, but I had a rubber stamping one in the morning, & a crochet one in the afternoon.  Boy! do I know I am getting old - I am absolutely worn out.  I did have to fight some traffic on the way home which didn't help. So, I am very pleased to say that I have another member showcase for my post this evening which gives me a little respite until tomorrow. Today's member showcase is from Betty of Mold II; and Betty was featured once again on the letters page of Cardmaking & Papercraft magazine (September issue). Well done Betty. Hi everyone - not such a good day is it?  Yesterday Bob & I were sat out in our garden enjoying the sun & now today its wellies & umbrellas!! Today I have a member showcase for you & it is once again the turn of Betty from Mold II, who has a card & letter featured in Quick Cards magazine & not only is there a card & a letter - but - it is the Star Letter. Well done Betty, enjoy your prize. The sharp-eyed of you will notice that the letter is from Liz Langdon - but at Mold II club most of us know her as Betty.  Which is probably just as well - as we have a Liz & an Elizabeth as well as members of the club. Good morning & I am here with another member showcase for you & this time it is from Betty of Mold II club. Betty thought she would go back to quilling & make some cards - here are the photos she sent me & I am so pleased to see it included stamping as well; They are absolutely delightful Betty. I haven't done any quilling for quite some time now.  I used to find it quite therapeutic, but these days my fingers don't seem to work the same. Thank you for sending them in for me to show. Good afternoon everyone. What a dreadful morning - I haven't heard rain like that in ages - but then, perhaps you didn't get it over you. Today I have a member showcase for you & this time it is Betty from Mold II who has one of her cads featured in the latest issue of Cardmaking & Papercraft including a letter; Here is the card with the letter - it was rather a small photo of the card I have increased the size but I think it has affected its clarity. Good morning everyone. This morning I have a member showcase for you which this time is from Betty of Mold II club. I have had it on my computer for about a week, but with the clubs having their meetings I usually put their photos before anything else.  I tend to keep the showcase photos as fillers  for when there perhaps is not a lot going on.  If you do send me photos & it appears I have forgotten them please tell me - it could just be an oversight or the blog has been busy with club meetings photos. So here is Betty's card which was featured in a recent copy of Papercraft Essentials on the letters page; That is a really pretty card Betty & I wouldn't mind betting that when everyone reads what you said in the letter, they will want the tip too!  Perhaps you would email it to me & I will blog it.
