Mold photos - part 2.1

Good morning everyone. I actually meant to post these photos yesterday but I went into my craft room to look for something & start on the tidy up that it needs.  In doing so I "found" a box with a couple of unfinished projects in it.  As I have discovered a passion for making albums I felt I should finish these incomplete projects before embarking on new project.  So that is how Saturday disappeared & this post didn't get done. I didn't finish the project I was working either - a little more to do today. Now to the photos.  This time they are of the main project for the evening - Clean & Simple cards. I say main project because Joanna had brought along a couple of quick ideas just in case there was time left for them, which there was & there will be 2 more posts of projects from Thursdays meeting. In fact there will be 3 more posts as I have had to split these photos into 2 batches because several of the ladies created multiple cards. Clean ...

Good morning ladies This morning I have the photos from Thursday nights Mold club meeting & they are of their project for the evening.  The project was 3 different styles of card - with a Christmas theme - but of course works for everyday. Joanna was unable to attend the meeting to show the project, but Janet stepped in for her.  Thank you Janet. As I said yesterday we were a small group, due to coughs & colds - but boy, didn't that small group make a lot of cards! These first photos are of the samples that Janet brought with her - made by Joanna; Design 1 Design 2 Design 3 I think I have included one of each of the 3 designs. ........................... Here are the cards made by Joan Don't you just love those snowmen & penguins. Joan made 2 of Design 3 & one of Design 2 ....................... Here are Lynn's cards Lynn made 2 of Design 2 & 1 of Design 1 With design ...

Good morning ladies & today I have the photos of the Mold club meeting project.  Thursday night saw the project using tissue. Here is their work & for this technique everything is a work in progress piece.  I hope some of the ladies will bring their pieces back to one of the meetings made into a card. Two different effects from Clare - one quite strong & one more subtle Two totally different finishes from Janet - I think the hearts piece was using up the left overs. The piece in the middle with the dragonfly is very ethereal. Joan (brown) used her design to create stripes for the flowers to be stamped into. The top piece almost looks like trees on the edge of a pond with a blue sky above. Three quite dramatic pieces from Joanna - I particularly like the top one wit...
