Good morning everyone. My first post today is especially for the CSNW ladies to let them know that I have fixed a date for the workshop they asked for; It will be on SATURDAY 22nd OCTOBER.   Usual workshop time 9:30 to about 4:00 I will add details to the club page over this weekend.  I will also add it to the Events Page. The reason I have suggested that everyone reads this is because the workshop is open to Mold & Mold II members who would like to attend. The venue is Rhuddlan Community Centre.  I will give more information at upcoming meetings. Please go to the Events Page for more information  (but please give me time to type it up & upload the page to Blogger).   Thank you. Back later. 'Bye

CSNW meeting tomorrow - Wednesday 3 Nov

Hi - just popping in to let the CSNW ladies know that I will be at their meeting tomorrow evening - 3 Nov. Also to remind you that the programme that had been fixed for October will now be tomorrow evening.  So as a reminder go to the club page - but it's "more things with alcohol inks" Look forward to seeing you all. Back later. 'Bye for now.

SPECIAL MESSAGE FOR CSNW MEMBERS

Good morning CSNW ladies. I am very sorry but I really feel I will not be able to be at your meeting on Wednesday (7th). I am quite a bit better than the tail end of last week but really not up to going out yet.  Also I would hate to keep coughing whilst trying to show you things. I have tried to think of how you can spend the evening & can't really think straight. So I suggest that seeing as most of you bring different things with you, you perhaps swap & share & see what sort of card you can make. I will also keep my fingers crossed that someone can take photos for me, please! Alternatively just bring the items back with you in November. I will be emailing each of you that I have email addresses for to ensure the message gets around as much as possible.  If you are a blog reader perhaps you could pass this on to anyone you see between now & Wednesday. Thank you. The other techniques we were going to be doing on Wednesday, with alcohol inks, will now be...

Note for CSNW members

Good morning CSNW ladies At the meeting last Wednesday I asked if someone could look after the September meeting for me, as I was hoping to go with Bob to South Wales to meet up with some family that we haven't seen for a while.  We will be combining it with one of his business meetings in the area. Joan very kindly offered to do this.  So take along all your card & stamps & I think Joan might think up something for you to do.  If not just have a great evening playing.  I think Joan will be taking photos for me - but if you have a camera too & can email me pictures please take your camera along too. It was also pointed out to me that I had not given you the sketch for the original September Show & Tell - so I will print off copies & post them to Joan so that she may pass them on to you, as your programme sheet for September now becomes the programme for October. I will update the club page as well. Hope to be back later with more.

CSNW information

I meant to say in my earlier post. I spoke to Maureen of the community centre today to ask her to put us back in our original room.  She is happy to do that & on Wednesday night she is hoping to be at the centre in time to tell the Welsh group that they will be in the room at the back.  If when she gets there they are already sorted - I said rather than cause problems we would go into the back room once more - but from February we would like to keep the same room we have always been in. I know that some of you liked the rear room - but it wasn't very practical with those chairs.  They did offer to move the hard chairs into that room for us - but it seems a bit silly to go to those lengths. So be prepared - Wednesday we could be back in "our" room - or may one night more have to be in the room at the rear.  See you all there.

An important message for CSNW ladies

Good morning everyone I have just popped in quickly this morning with a message for the ladies of CSNW group, which relates to a matter of business at last night's meeting.  I will put some of this on your club page as well. Please note that for the November meeting we will be in a different room.   It is the one at the end of the entrance hall on the left past the kitchen.  I was asked by Maureen (the caretaker) if I would mind moving due to a group who have started meeting every week & are using the room we normally have & it meant moving them last night.  She said the other room was nicer.  I got to look at it at the end of the evening & it does look good.  Now! one or two of you felt that as we had been there so long we shouldn't be the ones to move, & I agree.  However I have agreed that we will try the room next month & see what it is like.  I then asked Maureen if  we would be able to stay with ou...
