Good afternoon everyone. Well - the rain has stopped - for now - but it still very warm, isn't it. This afternoon I have 2 lovely cards to show you - from Joan of Mold club. They are lovely Joan & so fresh looking. I have been going through the photos that I have received from the Mold ladies over the last weeks, & will show a few more over the next few days.  I have fallen behind with showing them. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. 'Bye for now.

Good morning everybody. This morning I have a few more entries for the Mold Show & Tell from their March "meeting", where the challenge was an ATC in shades of blue. Two ATC's from Janet. The dark blue border around them really sets them off & I love the little drops like rain drops on them. Two ATC's again - this time from Joan Again nice border around them to emphasise them. I like that it looks - at least to me - like the girls are being photo bombed. Joan wree the images stamped direct onto the background paper or did you stamp & cut out? Ooh - we've gone up to 3 ATC's now - from Lynn. They are fantastic. I like multi layers. Now I really should go into my craft room.  I said that before, but I ended getting side-tracked with family history.  So really must go in today. Stay safe. I hope you are all keeping well. 'Bye for now.

Good morning everyone & how lovely to see the sunshine for 2 consecutive days, which will help make us all feel much brighter. I do hope you are will keeping well & safe, & that you have the means to stay in touch with friends & family. I have called this post "club showcase" rather than "member showcase" because several ladies of the Mold club have still made their Show & Tell card for the last meeting.  This was the one due on 19 March - which was cancelled & the start of our shut down for a while. The Show & Tell challenge was set by Rachel & was to create an ATC using only blue tones; This Joanna's ATC, which is so lovely, & when she sent me the photo - she also included a  step by step photo set. I may include that as a separate post on another day.  You may all find it useful. This is my ATC - yes - you read that correctly - MY ATC. I love the colour blue & I had some new products to play wi...

Good afternoon everyone - this afternoon I have another showcase projects from the workshop that Joanna of Mold club attended recently.  As before I will put Joanna's email message beneath the photos; "Extra evening session on the Saturday - Eileen showed us how to make a  faux wooden fence and I did the 'Weathered Wood' one at home. I used one of the makes for my show n tell. Lucy showed us the paste/mica powders/ heat-tool-bubbling technique  which is what the wreath is made of" Thank you Joanna - you really had a good weekend.  That's not all folks - there are still 3 more batches to show you. Before I go - Cathy of Mold II club has put a comment on the birthday greetings post (19 Dec) regarding the cards she received. That's me for today.  Have a nice evening. 'Bye.

Good Afternoon everyone, although looking at the time I suppose it is Good Evening. Today I have another set of member showcase photos to show you.  Again they are from the weekend workshop attended by Joanna & Janet of Mold group, recently.  This time they are some of Joanna's work & again I will include the text from Joanna's email. "First set The four similar ones we did with Eileen in the afternoon, part of a  large background stencil coloured with a couple of inks and then another  larger one over the top using memento ink.  A little of the same  background on one corner of the envelope (with a piece of card inside to  stop leakage and to give a firm stamping base)" Thank you Joanna I am really envious.  I have followed Eileen's work for a long time. More of Joanna's still to come - lots in fact. Enjoy the rest of the day.  'Bye for now.

Good afternoon everyone I do hope you are all having a great weekend. Recently Joanna & Janet of Mold club went away for a weekend workshop.  Part of the workshop was with Sweet Poppy stencils & another with Eileen Godwin of Eileens Crafty Zone. At the last Mold meeting (November) Joanna & Janet took along the results of their work & Joanna has sent me loads of photos.  I will be putting them here gradually over the next few days. Here are 4 of the items made by Janet, & as I would find it difficult to say anything about them - after the photos, I have used the text from Joanna's email. Here is Joanna's email "These are a few of the ones Janet made over the weekend - I didn't shoot  all of them as some are very similar to the ones I did :) The black one is with paste and micro beads; the other is paste over  which, once dry, the stencil is replaced and inks added for colour. The two completed cards are what we did...

Club page updates

Hi everyone I am just in the process of updating the club pages with details of Show & Tell and Projects for the remainder of the year.  The information is not complete - as I am still deciding on the Show & Tell items, I also need information from the various ladies who are taking the evenings about materials required for their projects.  So remember to pop back every so often - but of course you will still get your programme sheets at the meetings. I have just finished the page for Mold & am about to update Mold II & CSNW pages. 'Bye.

2015 project - mold - part 10

Good afternoon everyone & as I said I am back again with another set of project 2015 photos.  This set of tags was created by Yvonne of Mold club; As you can see if you read this page Yvonne has thought about the tags she is going to get in the swap. When I went to put this tag back in the book after photographing it - I dropped it on the table & discovered what was on the back Each of the tags has this on the back with the name of the person the tag is for.  The letter on the front being their initial.  I love that idea. Ooh - this must be mine!! Great ideas Yvonne. Right! Now unless someone is holding back their project for some reason - this is in fact the last of the photos for the project.  Except that is - for me showing you the tags that I made.  I will do that in a couple of days. Well done all the ladies who took part - it has been really interesting to see your ide...

Very colourful tags Rhiannon. I will be back later with another set of photos. 'Bye for now.
