Rubber Stamping - North Wales

 Good evening everyone. I hope you ladies are having a brilliant Mother's Day & being thoroughly spoilt,   I have some of my recent cards to show you today.  On Facebook there is a group I follow for making memory albums & the person whose FB page it is has recently started showing different card designs. So I thought I would join in, as it also helps to use up all the paper pads I have bought over the years. Here are my recent ones; Double Fold Card essentially - 2 cards in one front view Bird's eye view to show how it fits. Staircase Card Double Z-fold Card I couldn't find amongst my papers any toppers that would fit with the papers I had. So, I made my own background paper & Topper using my old "My Craft Studio" digital system. Front view Bird's eye view His designs usually fit either a 5x7 envelope or a 6x6 one. So no need to make any especially or take ages hunting for one to use. Very handy. Enjoy the rest of the weekend. Take care.

 Good morning everyone. Another weekend approaches - but it doesn't feel much different to all the other days does it.  If you are affected by these new restrictions that have been brought in for Flintshire, Wrexham & Conwy I hope you are keeping safe. We were due to go out for another afternoon tea today with the same friends as a few weeks back - but that has had to be cancelled it's such a shame.  Never mind - we carry on! I haven't shown any of my cards for a little while so I have looked out a couple of my most recently made Christmas cards.  I made them using a new set from Julie Hickey. The sentiment on the second card is part of the design by Julie. I do love her stamps. There are two stamps on each set with just a slight difference to them. This one will make a lovely frame around a card - but I haven't tried that yet. Hello everyone I do hope you are all safe & well & enjoying the nice sunny days that we have been given.  Let's hope they are still around once we can go out & about again. The cards I have for you today are some I made very recently using a new toy & also looking out some stamps that I have never used. The backgrounds on the cards are made using the new Nellie Snellen Stencil Colouring set. Each set has 3 stencils of varying parts of the design - the three together make up the finished design.  Although they can be used independently to create other backgrounds.  A couple of them are in a slightly different style for me. The bottom 2 designs don't have a sentiment yet. I really enjoyed doing these & found it quite satisfying to do. Have a good weekend if you can. 'Bye for now.
