Rubber Stamping - North Wales

..... to while away the time. Well actually that should have read ... "What have I been doing....." It is amazing the things I have found that were part finished/started. Stamped images not used.  Then when I started using them - the embellishments I realised I had got.  Some boxes on my shelves have been opened over the last weeks for the first time in possibly a couple of years.  Certainly many months. Here is some of my work; An image I found in a box, now mounted on black card & twine added. Plus a background stamp that goes so well, that I had never used. Some Christmas napkins, that I bought at least a year ago, along with quite a few other designs. Now - they look like this ....... Christmas card 1 Christmas card 2 I actually made a set of 6. Good afternoon everyone. Over about the last week or so I have been trying to think of a project for myself  - either long lasting or just for 2018.  So in time honoured practise I went to T'internet to get some inspiration.  Usually I end up trawling through the many many pages on Pinterest.  Which I did again this time. After days of searching & getting lost in all the wonderful things out there that very clever people make, I found something entirely new to me which has whetted my appetite - but this will need quite a bit of thinking about.  Also something that I started doing back in 2010 that I had not tried for ages.  Tags! Yesterday I hunted out the book that I had started keeping tags in & took photos.  Some of them were from tag workshops I had run, there were a couple I had entered into blog challenges & the rest were ones that just seemed to get created.  I was very surprised by how my tastes had changed ...

Good afternoon everyone. I am  back today with the member showcase I mentioned yesterday. I first heard about it in an email from Rita (Mold II club), who had just had another of her cards & letter published, as had Annette (also Mold II club). Then a little later I heard from Carolyn (of Mold II club) with more news. Here is Rita's letter & card; a nice mention of the club there, Rita! Here is Annette's letter & card; I do't know about Harry aged 7 I have a "mature" son who is mad about Minions - he would have loved it too This post is about a hat trick - so here is the third letter & card that was published; Well did you ever -- I got one published as well!
