Good evening everyone, & what a beautiful evening it has been. Promises of a great weekend to come. Well here I am with the first set of photos from last nights CSNW meeting & they are of the Show & Tell - where the theme was a card with a house theme. Here they are I love the way the flowers surround & frame this image.  In fact I had a birthday card that had the same sort of design. Talking of which I will photograph them over the weekend & show them to you here. What a cute house - I bet there is not mush room in there.  I know, I know really corny.  Added to the fact it might be a toadstool This is so elegant - I love the sepia tones and the clean & simple design. Love the inked patch in the middle with the house image stamped onto it. I didn't ask if the greeting was one stamp or put together with different letter stamps. A lovely monochrome easel card. Good evening everyone I have not been in long following the CSNW meeting this evening.We had several people away so a slightly smaller group ,& we had a good evening. Tomorrow I will put the photos on here - but it will probably be later in the day as I have a workshop in the morning & then in the afternoon I am going to the hairdressers.  I am badly in need of a haircut. A little update on the member news that I posted yesterday.  I have had an email from Betty / Liz to say that she had forgotten to tell me that she had won a prize for the card (one of 10 people) & her prize is a "Tattered Lace" die - if - as she says - "they don't send it to Bristol"  :) Fingers crossed it is going to be a good weekend weather wise - so I should be able to get out in my garden. Good morning all I have just updated the programme page for CSNW for tonight, August & September. Also I have put photos on the Projects Photo Page for August & September for CSNW meetings. Will work on Mold & Mold II later.

A little bit of news from Mold II member Betty - one of her cards has been published in Issue 115 of Quick Cards magazine. Betty is also known as Liz, as you will see from the photo - but they got a lot wrong - here is the card Betty's - or Liz's - surname is Langdon & she usually appears in magazines as being from Flintshire.  Good job she recognised her own card. Well done Betty - keep up the good work!

Hi everyone - sorry about the gap in posting. Today I have sat in the end of my craft room & prepared some examples for the CSNW July club night tomorrow night & also printed off their programme to take them through to September. I will be doing this for Mold & MoldII tomorrow, then will add the information to the club pages. It has been a rather frustrating craft session as I still have lots & lots of boxes to unpack & have no idea which box holds what.  I hope to open a few more this coming weekend.  It is quite exciting really wondering what I will find & whether it is something I need now, or something that can wait.  Something I forgot to get marked specially was the box containing the boxes with the raffle & the show & tell prizes in. When unpacking one box I found some small Christmas toppers so I may well start creating some Christmas cards over the next few days.  They won't be stamped ones - but it will be a start - ...

It's a rather big almost too - as you will see from the photo that I am going to pop in here.  Bob decided he could get into the room, move a few things & at least get me a desk to work at.  So yesterday we organised the position of the desk & this morning I found a few essentials to put on & near it.  I decided I needed a photo of my first sit down in my new craft room so Bob obliged & took one for me. Here it is; Yes! that really is me down the end there. I think I have already shown you the state of the craft room in a previous post so the only improvement from that is that Bob moved some of things down by the window so as to get my desk turned round for me to use.  I also have a bookcase down there to put some of my things on as I find them. I spent a lot of yesterday & today emptying the boxes that are in the dining room & washing all the crockery & cutlery & putting them away in their appropriate places. It feels...
