Mold photos - part 1 - January

Hi everyone
At last some photos to show you of work done by the members of the clubs to save you from all my chatter,

The photos today are of the Show & Tell - where the challenge was to make a card using the "Ghosting" technique learnt before Christmas.  There were only 4 entries & here they are -

great colour combination & I was intrigued by the sentiment - so I enlarged it -

& there it is - quite true about quite a bit of my work too.

Another great colour combination & all those lovely pearly dots around the card - I just do not have the patience.  They are made with the Cosmic Shimmer glue.

One of my favourite colours on a great stepper card, which is a design you don't see quite so much now.

Another great layout & the ghosting on the right hand panel looks almost embossed - as in embossing folders.

Here is the inside of the above garden - what a great idea continuing the theme inside on a pop-up.

All the cards were worked on Kraft card & it really does seem to work well on that colour.

I have decided not to show the photos yet from last night's project as each club will be doing this & I want your ideas to be unique.  There were some great ideas last night & I look forward to seeing plenty more.  Then when you have all done this project I will show all the photos.

The ladies have decided on their project for 2014 - & I will be putting details on their project page later.

That is me for today - have a wonderful weekend whatever you have planned.

  1. Hi Gloria. I popped into Mold today and after everyone's comments about 'crafty Sue's' - there is a sign on it saying fabric shop coming soon. In fact there was people carrying rolls in so might be opening soon.
