Hi everyone
As I haven't done any crafting since I got back from my holiday I thought I would show you some photos of the gite we stayed in & its lovely grounds.

At first, when we arrived in the village - the Satnav took us to the correct lane but just stopped its directions where there wasn't much in the way of habitats.  We knew the gite was just off the road / lane but couldn't really spot it.  So we drove to the end, turned around & had another go.  Bob then spotted a sign & we turned in;

This is the first part of our approach after turning off the road

then when we got to the top of what you see here, we turned right into

this stretch & then at the end by those trees there is a slight left turn

that took us into the garden of our gite

& the picture below shows a close up

the next photo is of the lake at the lower end of the grounds.

We had to drive past it to drive up to the gite

& here is the view peeping out through the main door

Those two large trees are just to the right of Bob in the previous photo.

It was a stunning location & I have more photos of the surroundings to show you next time - along with internal photos of the gite too.
