csnw photos - part 2
Hi! I am back.
This time with the project photos from Wednesday nights CSNW meeting. The project was learning the "Thumping" technique which everyone seemed to enjoy trying & tried it out on various images. I look forward to seeing this technique used on some cards at some time in the future.
Here are the photos. Some are quite pale so I recommend you click on them to get a larger version where you should be able to see them clearer.

A delightful little dog image - looking very cute with his "thumped" pattern.
Pretty butterflies.
Ooh, is that Boofle?
Another group of those butterflies - a clearer photo
This shows how it works on solid & outline stamps.
The technique has worked really well on this butterfly design - very effective.
Not showing too well in this photo size - try looking at it larger
I love this flower head - as it has been stamped to the side - this would make a lovely gift card.
Looking from the left - the second & fourth images are of a female kneeling down in front of the flower, & the technique works really well on that.
The flourish on the left-hand side looks really delicate & perhaps has come out the best.
Works really well on these flower clusters.
& look how well it works on the window frame - brilliant.
Doesn't it look good on these tulips?
A brilliant style of image for this technique.
& again
The technique really gives the images a new lease of life.
A cute little bear holding flowers - a nice effect
The technique shows up best on the sprays, but it still gives the rose image another look.
So there we are that is the photos from the club evening - still to come are the photos of their 2013 Project - which was ATC's. So it will take me a little while to photograph them all as I think I have 4 sets to look at.
Whatever you are doing over the weekend have a lovely time. As I think I have already mentioned I am at a mixed media workshop tomorrow - so will have photos from that to show you over the weekend.
'Bye for now.
