csnw photos - part 1

Good afternoon ladies, & any gentlemen who may decide to have a read of what I write here.

This afternoon I have the first set of photos from last Wednesday's CSNW meeting & they are of their show & tell cards.  The theme?  A card using Kraft & white only.

Ruth

Two pretty embossed panels on the front of Ruth's card with a gorgeous white ribbon & bow.
Hand drawn outline on the white edges finishes it off really nicely.

 Clare

A tag card from Claire with white embossed flowers on.
The "string" is actually strips of Kraft card cut really finely & twisted together.
Great idea!

Joan

I always think a large image cut into quarters gives a nice effect on a card.
Joan has done this with her card & double layered them onto a panel of Kraft coloured patterned paper.

Gwen

A lovely masculine card from Gwen - using cogs & string & some die-cut pieces which add to the masculine finish.  On the background is some inking through a stencil.

Ann

The main background piece on Ann's card is a piece of Kraft card that has had Gesso sponged through a stencil.  With the lovely wispy flower on the topper.

I have another card from Joan - 2 views in fact - which are of her Show & Tell card from the April meeting - where the theme was Daffodils;

This is the front view
& this next photo is of the card open - as an easel card.

Love that daffodil medallion stamp.

Really pretty cards ladies.  I love Kraft & white - it is so elegant.

That's me for today.  I have another set of photos from the CSNW meeting to show you - probably tomorrow.

'Bye for now.
