VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MOLD & MOLDII CLUB MEMBERS
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY
ROAD
CLOSURES IN MOLD TOWN CENTRE THAT WILL AFFECT
MOLD & MOLD II MEETINGS THIS
MONTH.
Theatr
Clwyd is giving a production of the Mold Riots & rehearsals will affect the
roads this week, with the actual production affecting the roads next week.
Closures
will be in place on the High Street, Upper High Street & Earl Road throughout
the performance dates (affecting MoldII club on October 22nd) & also on rehearsal
dates (affecting Mold club on 17 October)
Thursday
17 -- Earl Road & Upper High Street
will be closed between 6pm & 9:30 pm.
Tuesday
22 --
The High Street will be closed between 5:30 pm & 8:00 pm, Earl Road &
Upper High Street will be closed between 8:00 pm & 9:50 pm
This is a map provided by Theatr Clwyd –
doesn’t make a lot of sense as it talks about Zone 1 & 2 & doesn’t
mention the other coloured roads, but they are probably best avoided.
This afternoon I will study Google maps
& then post directions to get to Parkfields via other routes. This is mainly to help those of you who come
in from outside the Mold area & may not be clear to you how you would be able to
avoid the closures & still get to us.
Please pass this information to as many
as possible who attend our meetings & if you know of routes to use please
get in touch with me with the information.
Once I have looked at Google maps I will
also try & send this out to everyone whose email I have.
Sorry it is quite short notice – but if
it wasn’t for Lynn of Mold club spotting it & emailing me I would not have
known.
May I suggest – politely – that on the
evening of your meeting you perhaps leave a little earlier than normal to allow
for maybe a slightly longer journey.
Thank you.
