Good afternoon everyone.
I hope you didn't suffer too much with the snow & that you are all safe & well.
This afternoon I have the January S&T cards from the Mold II ladies where Rita set the challenge of Winter with a Nature theme.
This post updated at about 3:20pm with a late entry -- see Ceri's card.
All the ladies put an explanation of how the card was made in their emails, which was very good for me to write about them. Please keep doing this it is much appreciated.

"This is my card for the Show and Tell.
I used masking with Distress inks and stamps that came with a magazine.
I water coloured parts using the same inks and highlighted areas with Glamour Dust
to add a little sparkle to the snow.

"I decided to do the London Fog technique and I was pleased with the result.
I can't remember if we covered the technique at your club or if I found it on YouTube,
but I do know that it must be at least two years since I did it."
Dot. I had never heard of this technique before so I definitely haven't shown it at a club night.
I have Googled it since seeing your card & it looks like a great idea.
Perhaps when club nights resume you could show it to everyone.

"Here are my cards for this month.
The stamped card with winter trees was a freebie from Simply Cards.
The single tree is a Sweet Poppy stencil"

"This is Elma’s card for the S&T this month.
She has used a Brusho background and London Fog ink through a stencil for the tree.
Versafine Vintage Sepia for the birds and words and also the matt and white pen for the snow.
Aah - another London Fog!

I’ve attached the S&T for Mold II.
I have done a tag & I used inks, glitter glue, iridescent paint and stamps.
Me
I was a little concerned I might not have anything to join in this time.
But remembered a freebie set I picked up just before Christmas, so used that.
The centre shape is a Sweet Poppy stencil & I used die ink in blue for the background colour
& the wording. The image was stamped in Versamark ink & then embossed in white EP.
Thank you ladies - great cards.
As you know from the email I sent you - Rita chose this challenge due to Carolyn & her husband tested positive with Covid. I am sure you will all join me in wishing them well & continued recovery.
Talking of Covid - I went for my first vaccination this morning & because Bob went with me & I mentioned he is my carer they decided he should have it too. I hope that those of you who are on the waiting list do ot have too much longer to wait.
Take care & stay safe.
More photos to come.
Yes Gloria, I will be happy to share this technique with the Mold II ladies when our club nights resume.
