Mold January Project

Good morning everyone I hope you are all well & looking forward to a good weekend.  Mind you it is a bit difficult to tell the difference between weekday & weekend at the moment isn't it. 😀 I am pleased to say that Wednesday Bob & I had our first Covid-19 vaccination. Which is very comforting. Today I have photos from the Mold January Project when Joanna showed the ladies a "new fold" card. It was simple but very effective as you will see. Helen A sewing theme to Helen's card That sewing machine brings back memories Janet Three cards from Janet all using her lovely geometric stencils in the backgrounds. New Page added

This post is to let you know I have added a new page to the blog, which you access by clicking on its name tab just under the blog name at the top of the screen. It is called .................... Calendar of Club Projects and/or Show & Tells. On the old layout there used to be one for each club.  Because things have changed a little at the moment I have created just the one page for information on all three groups. As each project is finished the information will be removed & the next one added exactly as before. I have put this back as a couple of members said they missed it.

Mold II Show & Tell photos UPDATED

Good afternoon everyone. I hope you didn't suffer too much with the snow & that you are all safe & well. This afternoon I have the January S&T cards from the Mold II ladies where Rita set the challenge of Winter with a Nature theme. This post updated at about 3:20pm with a late entry -- see Ceri's card. All the ladies put an explanation of how the card was made in their emails, which was very good for me to write about them.  Please keep doing this it is much appreciated.   Annette Annette said -- "This is my card for the Show and Tell.  I used masking with Distress inks and stamps that came with a magazine.  I water coloured parts using the same inks and highlighted areas with Glamour Dust  to add a little sparkle to the snow.   Carol Carol said -- "My wishes to the ladies are the same sentiments that are on the card." Ceri Ceri said she made this card for Olwen & apologises for being late. Dot Dot said -- "I decided to do the London Fog te

Mold January Show & Tell

Good afternoon ladies. This afternoon I have some photos of the Mold Show & Tell for this month. I set this challenge (in November) to decorate a set of tags showing some, or all, of the techniques they had learnt during 2020.  When the photos were sent in some sent a photo of the tags in a group altogether.  Some sent individual photos.  To show you them all individually would be a little over the top. So I have chosen the ones that were in groups, plus some individual ones. Ann Helen Janet Joan Joanna Lynn Maureen Me Rachel Rhiannon  Sheelagh That's a lot tags ladies & beautifully done. I have another set of photos to show you - this time the Mold project for Thursday last. Then Tuesday (26th) the Show & Tell photos are due from the Mold II ladies. Stay safe & well.
