csnw photos - part 2

Good afternoon everyone

I hope you all had a good weekend.  It was certainly interesting weather wise wasn't it!

The photos I have for you today are of CSNW's Show & Tell last Wednesday - where the challenge was the sketch & easel card combination.

This is the sketch

& here are the photos;


I love the colours on this card from Gwen.  It's a lovely card, but she did get the design wrong - in that she made a stepper card rather than an easel.  Not to worry you can see the influence of the sketch in the central panel.


A lovely blue design from Joan & that geometric pattern is quite striking, ....


....... & a close up of the 2 sentiments on the topper.


Grace's card showed the 4 panels by using different pieces of the pattered paper.  That sentiment stamp on the topper is very nice indeed, very classy.

As I am later putting these here than I said - with no blogging done over the weekend - I will be back in a little while with the photo's from the CSNW project for that evening.

CSNW Photos & last post

 Good afternoon ladies this afternoon I have the photos from the CSNW S&T for June. The theme I set was any theme of their choosing but using the colours red, white & blue.  Here are their cards. Amy Two nice classic style cards from Amy Grace Simplicity is the key here They are so elegant too. Gwen Beautiful embossed card & flowers which have been decoupaged Joan A stepper card with a beautiful circular central topper. Thank you ladies for sending them in - certainly very different styles today. So! - Last post? Over the last year or so all 3 clubs have been getting themselves sorted out in order to continue running the clubs from now on. Remember I announced in 2019 that I would be standing back at the end of 2020 & retiring.  I will of course keep in touch & visit the meetings now & again.  But it is now time for me to hang up my stamps.  Well not literally as I will still make cards - but you know what I meant. All 3 clubs now have the way forward sorted.  C

 Just to let the CSNW ladies know I have updated the page showing their Show & Tell cards for this month. Due to a problem with WhatsApp I didn't receive Ruth's card - I have now & have updated the post to include her card.
