my mixed media card

Good afternoon ladies

I am just popping in to show you my finished card from the mixed media session with the CSNW club ladies at the beginning of the month.

I finished it by adding some lilac gilding wax to lighten it a little more than it was, then layered it onto some lilac / purple card. Using a square template I draw the position of the border very lightly with a pencil then went over it with squiggly lines including the "happy birthday" using a fine tip black pen. Then finally adhered the topper in place.

I will be back a little later with another set of project photos.
